Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page restates the billing, cancellation and refund terms in our Terms of Service in one place. It does not add new terms; if anything differs, the Terms of Service apply.

Cancelling Career Pro

You can cancel Career Pro at any time through "Manage subscription" in Careetra. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to contact us to cancel.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It will not renew after that date, and your account returns to the free tier.

UK and EU cancellation rights

Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Because Career Pro access begins immediately, this right may be lost once paid features have been used, in proportion to usage, as permitted by applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds outside the 14-day period

Outside the 14-day window, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We do not normally issue partial refunds for unused time because paid access continues until the end of the billing period.

Billing basics

• Career Pro costs $7.99 USD per month or $63.99 USD per year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices may change with notice before a change applies to your renewal.

After Career Pro ends

Your account returns to the free tier. Your applications remain available, while Career Pro analytics and Current Job features become locked unless you subscribe again.
